1. Custom Comfort in Just a Few Simple Steps

Night Shield Dental nightguards are designed to help protect your teeth from grinding and clenching while you sleep — without expensive dental visits.

They’re boil-and-bite mouldable, which means you can trim and shape them at home to fit your mouth comfortably and securely.

2. Shape and Fit

Carefully remove the guard from the boiling water using tongs and let it cool for 10 seconds or when comfortable. Then place it in your mouth, center it over your teeth, and bite down gently while pressing the guard against your teeth with your fingers and tongue.

This shapes the guard to your bite.

3. Trim to Fit

Once cooled, try it out. If it feels too bulky or long near your gums, use scissors to trim any excess material carefully. You can reheat and reshape the guard multiple times until you get a fit that feels right.

4. Use Every Night

Once molded and trimmed, your guard is ready for nightly use. It protects your teeth from grinding, helps reduce jaw tension, and can even help you sleep better over time. Also, make sure to clean your nightguard daily with warm water and gentle brushing.
