Comes with one Custom Mouldable Mouthguard and tray.
Customer Instructions:

Place the nightguard in a cup of warm water (between 70°C and 80°C) for about 10 seconds until it softens.

Once soft, put the nightguard onto your upper teeth.

Bite down firmly and hold for 10 to 15 seconds to shape it to your teeth.

If it fits comfortably, rinse it with water and it’s ready to use.

If it doesn’t fit quite right, simply repeat the process starting from step 1.
Note: Make sure the water temperature is between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius, and don’t soak the nightguard for more than 10 seconds.
