Custom Mouldable Nightguard with Retainer Tray

1. Prepare the Water
Heat a cup of water to 70°C – 80°C (not boiling). Use a thermometer if available.
Important: Do not exceed 80°C and do not soak the guard for more than 10 seconds.

2. Place the Guard on the Tray
Set the nightguard onto the provided tray. Make sure it sits evenly and is properly aligned.

3. Soften the Guard
Gently lower the tray with the guard into the hot water. Let it soak for about 10 seconds until the material softens slightly.

4. Insert Into Mouth
Remove the tray from the water and immediately place it into your mouth, positioning the guard over your upper teeth. Make sure it’s centered.

5. Mould the Guard
Bite down firmly and use your fingers to press the guard against your teeth and gums. Hold for 10–15 seconds to create an impression.

6. Cool and Set
Remove the guard and tray, then rinse under cold water for a few seconds to set the shape.

7. Check the Fit
Place the guard back in your mouth to check the comfort and fit.

• If it fits well, it's ready to use.

• If the fit feels off, reheat and repeat the process from step 2.
